This Palm Springs-inspired, interior-designed 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom dream holiday pad offers a mineral swimming pool, dual living spaces – including a family sized media room – and flowing living and dining spaces (Images: Jessie Prince). Property Features: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps up to 8 guests (max 6 adults). Spacious media room, equipped with built-in couches which double as 2 single beds (suitable for children only). Private 8m mineral swimming pool, with sun loungers, designer. chairs and large shade umbrella. Interior designed with designer furniture and appliances. Open flow living and dining space that leads out to the pool. Bi-fold doors allowing maximum natural airflow throughout home. Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. Outdoor hot and cold shower. Luxurious APPELLES amenities. 500m walk to Byron Bay shopping, dining and entertainment. 1km walk to Byron’s Main Beach. Stacked driveaway parking for 3 vehicles. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
